Features may depend on your plan, brand configuration, and third-party platform availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Accounts and eligibility You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to bind the organization you represent and to connect any brand channels you add.

Acceptable use You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, upload unlawful or infringing content, violate platform terms of connected channels, or use the Service to send spam or deceptive marketing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Content and AI output You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided for your review; you are responsible for editing, approving, and publishing them, and for ensuring they comply with law and third-party platform rules.

Plans, billing, and cancellations Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Channel boosts and third-party ad spend may incur separate charges according to those platforms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
